Mechanical

We have technical experts with extensive national and international experience in the implementation of industrial equipment projects, especially in the following activities:

  • Pipe flexibility analysis – static calculation and dynamic calculation.
  • Specification of pipe supports in coordination with the flexibility calculation and sizing of special supports.
  • Preparation of drawings of the overall layout, piping layout, isometric and material listings of piping, thermal insulation and coatings (material take-offs and material lists), technical reports, pipe lists, pipe classes, valve specifications, pressure circuits.
More about the service

Static equipment – static equipment includes, but is not limited to, atmospheric tanks, pressure equipment: reactors, columns, spheres, heat exchangers, tanks, mixers. The equipment and the corresponding calculations can be developed according to the building codes and standards commonly used in the fields of activity that are mentioned: PED, ASME, Eurocodes, EN, API, TEMA, EEMUA, etc. Special calculations can also be developed using specific software.

Rotating equipment – this includes but is not limited to motors, compressors, turbines, pumps, generators, blowers and gearboxes.

Procurement

Boilen purchases goods and services both on its own behalf for turnkey projects and on behalf of its clients for EPCM projects.

Procurement principles:

  • Applying procurement procedures that take into account the specific requirements of each project.
  • Acquisition on the basis of competitive bids submitted by reliable suppliers and construction contractors with a good track record in terms of quality and meeting deadlines.

Construction supervision and site supervision

The construction management team is involved in the engineering, procurement and subcontracting phases of the project, allowing them to gain a privileged overview of the work being carried out and to optimise the planning and resources required for each project.

We also offer supervision separately.
